Delivery Information

We deliver to UK mainland. Minimum order is 9 litres which is the equivalent to 12 full size (75cl) bottles. Subject to goods being in stock, for orders placed before mid-day Monday to Friday, we aim to deliver within 3 working days (weekends excluded). For orders of £150 or more, delivery to one address on the UK mainland will be free. For orders of less than £150, delivery to one address on the UK mainland will be charged at £10 per consignment.

We recommend that someone is present to sign for delivery. If this is not possible, and you instruct us to leave the wine, you do so at your own risk.

Payment

When ordering online, payment is accepted by Solo, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and Visa.

Returns Policy

Returns should be made to us in the original, undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if the goods returned are not fit for resale. Customers would normally meet the cost of returning goods to us, except in the event of an error made by us or if the product is faulty. In these cases, please let us know and we will arrange uplift from you.
